How does it work?

After registering, your business will be provided with a unique link and QR code to provide to customers. We can then either supply you with posters, leaflets and table stickers with this link and your branding or you can print them yourself using the PDF in your account section.


When arriving, customers quickly record their contact number using your link and get on with enjoying their visit.

Pubhealth.co.uk started as an internal project for collective of pubs looking for a low cost solution to the new guidelines. As we built the system we spoke to many other owners who were facing the same problem. We then sought out a small team of experts in security, privacy and programming to help build the website into what it is now.

Why do I need to take customer details?

Gov advice

Published government guidance advises businesses should keep records that can be passed onto the NHS. Our system is designed to help you avoid needing to use pen and paper and remove the admin burden from your staff.


Security & Privacy

Customer data is then stored in a GDPR compliant secured system hopefully never to be needed. We keep no additional data beyond the required pieces of information. This data is then automatically deleted after 21 days.

What if a customer has COVID?

If a customer tests positive, NHS test and trace may contact you for access to your customer list for the relevant time period. You then need to request the data from us in writing via e-mail. We will then provide you with the data set for you to send to test and trace.
